🚚 Shipping & Availability
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide using Royal Mail.  

Where possible, we will ship your order using a Tracked Service and send you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. 

If a Tracked Service is not possible, we will use a Signed-For Service. We will let you know if this is the case when we send your order.

Are you stocked in any shops?

We are not currently stocked in any shops as our sunglasses are made by hand in small batches. This means that we don’t have the capacity to make surplus sunglasses for shops to stock. However, we would love to see Mosevic in shops and are working on increasing our capacity in order to achieve this. Please see our Stockists page for more details.

Is your workshop open to visitors?

Unfortunately, our workshop is not open to visitors. We use the whole space for the production of our sunglasses, which doesn’t make it suitable for passersby to pop in.  

Also our resident paw patroller, Penvelope (Jack’s dog), takes her guard dog duties very seriously (she’s lovely, but does enjoy a good woof if she’s not sure who you are).  

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Yes, we can offer expedited shipping upon request.

Please note that waitlist times still apply, but once your order is ready to ship, we can arrange faster delivery. Just contact us via email at support@mosevic.com , and we’ll do our best to assist you.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES ON MY ORDER?

United States Orders:
All duties and taxes for US orders are calculated and paid at checkout. There will be no additional charges when your order is delivered.

Other International Orders:
Duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details before placing an order.

🕶️ Product Details
Do the sunglasses come with a case?

All glasses orders arrive in a branded box and micro fibre bag which can also be used to clean the lenses.

Are the sunglasses waterproof?

The frames are varnished to give a water resistant finish. They are also resistant to oils from your skin and lotions like sun cream.  

You can wipe any products, such as make up, off the surface.  

What are the materials like?

Once the denim is infused with resin, the material behaves like unfinished wood. It still looks and feels like denim, and you can see the beautifully intricate pattern that results from cutting through the cotton fibres.  

Anodized Aluminium is used for the final details. This material is perfect not only in contrast to the denim but in finish. We currently don’t offer any other metal finish.

Are you making sunglasses using any other materials?

We use hardened denim in a variety of colours (blue, black and undyed (white) denim), but Jack is also exploring kimono fabric as an additional material.  

👓 Lenses
Can I have prescription lenses fitted?

We offer a Frame Only option for customers who would like to have their prescription lenses fitted.  

In this instance, we will fit the frames with ‘dummy lenses’. When you receive your order, you can take your glasses to your optician who will replace the dummy lenses with your own prescription lenses.  

For all Frame Only orders we provide a set of instructions with the order which you can give your optician when they replace the lenses for you. 

What lenses do you use?

We use ZEISS Polarised lenses for all orders that request tinted lenses. ZEISS is renowned for its optical clarity, durability, and advanced glare reduction, making it an excellent choice for high-quality sunglasses. These lenses provide enhanced contrast and visual comfort, especially in bright conditions.

📏 Fit & Sizing
What sizes are the frames?

The sizes of each frame are listed on the product pages, under ‘Dimensions’ in the product description. To see all dimensions please visit our dimensions page.

How will I know if they'll fit me?

As we are an online only business at the moment, we don’t have an option for you to try them on in person.  

However, we have a virtual mirror on our website, which pops up when you visit the product pages. The virtual mirror uses your camera to provide a visualisation of how the glasses will look on your face. If you know your pupil distance, you can input this information into the virtual mirror for an even better visualisation.

Are the frames adjustable?

The nose pads can be altered for a better fit, and the arms can be adjusted too—especially helpful if you have slightly uneven ears (which is more common than you’d think!). Visit our adjusting your frames page to find out how.

How long is the waitlist?

How long does it take to make the frames?

It takes two weeks to handmake a small batch of our sunglasses.

Can I send you my old jeans?

Though we love this idea, we are a small business and we make each pair of sunglasses by hand, which means we don’t have the capacity to take people’s jeans from them to make custom orders or gifts.

Can I customise the colour or style?

At the moment, we don’t offer custom colour or style options. All available designs are listed on our website, but we’re always open to feedback for future collections.

✨ Care and repairs
Do you offer repairs or replacements?

Yes, we offer both repairs and replacements.

All of our sunglasses come with a 2-year warranty, which covers manufacturing defects. You can find full details on our Warranty page.

We also offer a repair service for issues outside of the warranty—whether it’s wear and tear or accidental damage. More information about this can be found on our Repairs page.

How do I clean and care for my sunglasses?

To keep your sunglasses in the best condition, we recommend using a microfiber cloth and avoiding harsh chemicals.
