WARRANTY


At Mosevic, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If something goes wrong, we're here to help. 

Warranty 

All of our products are covered by a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. 

What’s Covered: 

  • Faulty components 

  • Manufacturing defects 

  • Premature failure not caused by misuse or accident 

What’s Not Covered: 

  • General wear and tear 

  • Accidental damage or misuse 

  • Modifications or repairs carried out by third parties 

🛠️ Suspect a Manufacturing Fault?

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at support@mosevic.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Photos clearly showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review the information and let you know the next steps.

Two Year Manufacturing Warranty

I am confident that these sunglasses are very high quality and therefore I am offering a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects through reasonable use.

Scratches to lenses are not covered, however for a small fee I can send replacement lenses. 

If you need to claim on the warranty, Mosevic will pay for return shipping and you will get a refund or a replacement, as per your request. 

Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days from the date you received it to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, the sunglasses must be in 'as new' condition without any marks or scratches on the lenses and in the original packaging and you must have a proof of purchase.

Once the item is received here, it will be inspected and you will be notified that the item has been received back.

If your return is approved, you will get a refund back to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for the cost of returning the item.

Shipping costs are non refundable.
