United States Orders:
Free shipping.

Other International Orders:
Free Shipping. Estimated delivery within 7–14 working days after dispatch.
Please note that import taxes and duties may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, allowing you to track your parcel online at any time.
We aim to dispatch all orders within our outlined waitlist timeframe. For the most accurate and up-to-date lead times, please refer to our waitlist times page. During busy periods, there may be slight delays, but we’ll always keep you informed and updated throughout the process.

Any country not listed above may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, depending on local regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How to Return an Item:
To start a return, please email us at support@mosevic.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item, please email us at support@mosevic.com and we’ll be happy to help arrange it for you. Please note that our standard waitlist times may apply for exchanged items, as each pair is handmade to order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@mosevic.com and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
If the fault is confirmed, and your order was delivered within the past 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund, including the original shipping costs.
If the fault appears after 30 days, we’ll offer a free repair wherever possible to keep your glasses in great condition.
