Shipping Information
We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked services, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Delivery Timeframes:

UK Orders: Estimated delivery within 2–4 working days after dispatch.

International Orders: Delivery times vary by location, typically within 7–14 working days after dispatch.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number, allowing you to track your parcel online at any time.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within our outlined waitlist timeframe. For the most accurate and up-to-date lead times, please refer to our waitlist times page. During busy periods, there may be slight delays, but we’ll always keep you informed and updated throughout the process.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- For international returns, please ensure that “returns” is selected on any customs forms. Any customs charges sent to Mosevic will not be paid and the item will be automatically returned to you.
How to Return an Item:

To start a return, please email us at support@mosevic.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item, please email us at support@mosevic.com and we’ll be happy to help arrange it for you. Please note that our standard waitlist times may apply for exchanged items, as each pair is handmade to order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@mosevic.com and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
Import Taxes & Duties
For international orders, please note that import taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order, as any applicable fees will need to be paid by you upon delivery.
Two Year Manufacturing Warranty
I am confident that these sunglasses are very high quality and therefore I am offering a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects through reasonable use.
Scratches to lenses are not covered, however for a small fee I can send replacement lenses.
If you need to claim on the warranty, Mosevic will pay for return shipping and you will get a refund or a replacement, as per your request.
Returns and Refunds Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days from the date you received it to return the item.
To be eligible for a return, the sunglasses must be in 'as new' condition without any marks or scratches on the lenses and in the original packaging and you must have a proof of purchase.
Once the item is received here, it will be inspected and you will be notified that the item has been received back.
If your return is approved, you will get a refund back to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for the cost of returning the item.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
