What We Can Repair

We offer repairs for the following issues:

• Lens replacement

• Frame realignment and reshaping

• Hinge or arm repair

• Nose pad replacement

• General maintenance or full refurbishment

How It Works

1. Get in Touch
Email support@mosevic.com with:

• Your order number 

• A brief description of the issue

• A few clear photos of the problem

2. We’ll Assess & Quote
We’ll review your email and let you know:

• If the item can be repaired

• The estimated cost and timeline

• Return instructions and the return address

3. Send Us Your Sunglasses
Once confirmed, ship your sunglasses to us. (You’ll be responsible for shipping costs unless it’s a warranty issue).

• For international returns, please ensure that “returns” is selected on any customs forms. Any customs charges sent to Mosevic will not be paid and the item will be automatically returned to you.

4. Repair & Return
Repairs are typically completed within 2–4 weeks. Once done, we’ll send your sunglasses back and confirm shipping details via email.

Repair pricing varies depending on the issue, but here’s a general guide:

Once we've assessed your sunglasses, we'll send you an exact quote for the repair. Return postage will be added to the total and clearly itemised in the quote.
