How It Works

2. We’ll Assess & Quote
We’ll review your email and let you know:

If the item can be repaired

The estimated cost and timeline
-
Return instructions and the return address
3. Send Us Your Sunglasses
Once confirmed, ship your sunglasses to us. (You’ll be responsible for shipping costs unless it’s a warranty issue).
4. Repair & Return
Repairs are typically completed within 2–4 weeks. Once done, we’ll send your sunglasses back and confirm shipping details via email.

Repair pricing varies depending on the issue, but here’s a general guide:

Once we've assessed your sunglasses, we'll send you an exact quote for the repair. Return postage will be added to the total and clearly itemised in the quote.

Warranty Repairs
If you believe the issue is due to a manufacturing fault, you may be covered under our warranty. Please check our warranty page for more details.
Two Year Manufacturing Warranty
I am confident that these sunglasses are very high quality and therefore I am offering a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects through reasonable use.
Scratches to lenses are not covered, however for a small fee I can send replacement lenses.
If you need to claim on the warranty, Mosevic will pay for return shipping and you will get a refund or a replacement, as per your request.
Returns and Refunds Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days from the date you received it to return the item.
To be eligible for a return, the sunglasses must be in 'as new' condition without any marks or scratches on the lenses and in the original packaging and you must have a proof of purchase.
Once the item is received here, it will be inspected and you will be notified that the item has been received back.
If your return is approved, you will get a refund back to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for the cost of returning the item.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
