Prescription Lenses

Mosevic frames are designed to accept prescription lenses.

Choose Frame Only for Prescription, then take your frame to a qualified optician, who can fit lenses made to your prescription. Prescription lenses and your optician’s fitting charges are not included in the price.

The fitting process is straightforward, although the construction differs from conventional acetate frames. Please share our lens-fitting instructions with your optician before they begin.

Frame-only orders also include a dummy frame for your optician to use as a template when shaping your prescription lenses.

Delivery, Returns & Warranty

Delivery

Each pair is handmade to order in Cornwall. Our current estimated dispatch time is 8–10 weeks.

Worldwide shipping is free and fully tracked. Estimated delivery after dispatch:

UK: 2–4 working days
Europe: 5–10 working days
Other international destinations: 7–14 working days

Taxes and duties are included for many destinations. Please see our full shipping information for details and exceptions.

Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with all original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Warranty

Every frame is covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. We also offer repair and refurbishment support to help keep your eyewear in use for as long as possible.
